Ambitous Amateur

The course is dedicated to people who want to shape and understand their own exercises. We
assume that the participant will learn the basic components of trial training and learn how to design
his own training in period of time. This will enable much faster progress, make the time spent on
exercises fully utilized.


Training Tools For Parents

If you are a parent who takes his child to trainings, devotes his time to suggest and teach, this course
is for you. We assume that you will learn the components of trial training with an emphasis on basics
such as technique, balance, precision and work on the rear wheel. You will learn to plan exercises
during the week and month to ensure optimal development of your child.

Novice Coach

A course for beginners and little experienced trainers. If you have a group of practitioners under you,
we will help you understand how to plan exercises, how to regulate volume, frequency and intensity,
and what should be the preparation periods off-season and in season.
